Refund and Returns Policy
At X3 Supremacy , we take pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy:
Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received them.
Custom-made items (e.g., custom liveries, custom mirror decals) are non-refundable unless defective or damaged during transit.
Return Process
Contact us at support@x3supremacy.eu with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us.

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary. We may use QUIC.cloud services to process & cache your data temporarily.
